Our uniform process is the single most important aspect of our work. It creates a high level of efficiency and scalability. By implementing a uniform process you, the client, know in advance what to expect from your project. The advantage of the process is that you know the specifics about project deliverables at the conclusion of phase one. Only then do you commit to the project.

Defining Phase:
The project lifecycle begins with the creation of a User Interface Document. This document defines the expected behaviors of your web site. A High Level Design Document will also be created during this phase. This document becomes the blue print for the visual layout of your site.

Designing Phase:
The second phase of the project lifecycle is the Designing Phase. During this phase we will create the Project Design Document (PDD). The PDD will take the High Level Design Document from the Defining Phase and expand on it to create specific visual elements.

Development Phase:
The third phase of the project lifecycle is the Development Phase. During this phase the Project Design Document (PDD) from the Defining Phase is used as a guideline to build your web site. The Development Phase has two stages: The Prototype Stage and the Finished Product Stage.

Delivery Phase:
The fourth and final phase of the project lifecycle is the Delivery Phase. At this point in the project lifecycle you have signed off and accepted your web site's design, flow and functionality. It is now time to make your web site available to the general public via the World Wide Web.
